Established in 1996, IILM
Gurgaon is scaling new heights in management education. The institute has a campus spread over 7 acres. The placement wing of the institute helps find placement for the students who successfully complete the course. The Careers Advancement & Placement (CAPS) cell of the institute under the Corporate Affairs Department helps the students in getting placed. The institute conducts various management programmes at the graduate and undergraduate levels which include:
Post Graduate Program (PGP):
This two-year full-time flagship course was started in 2004. It is a business entrepreneurship programme designed to groom the students to be business leaders. Case study approach is followed. The students are exposed a host of real-life situations to enhance their entrepreneurship skills. The curriculum includes the study of a foreign language like German/Spanish/French/Mandarin. There are electives like: Financial Management (FM), Human Resource Management (HR), Marketing Management (MM), Information Technology Management (IT), and International Business (IB).

This programme is intended to impart management education in retail management. The programme covers the whole gamutretail management curricula viz. human resources and values, social responsibility, information and communication, operations and environment. |

Post Graduate Program in Facility Management and Real Estate (PGPFRM): |

| The real estate sector has witnessed fast strides in the recent years. In tune with the requirements of qualified personnel in the field, Post Graduate Program in Facility Management and Real Estate (PGPFRM) programme has been designed. IILM has strategic tie-up with DLF, the real estate major in India. This is a one year full time program structured to train the students in the field of facility management and real estate.

| Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management: |

| This programme is intended for Group A officers of the Central and State Governments. The course is designed to equip government servants in the design and execution of delivery systems. The duration of the course is 21 months. The applicant should not
be more than 50 years of age as on the commencement of the programme and should have put in at least 7 years of service at the Group A level. |

| Post Graduate Program in Hospital Administration (PGPHA): |
This is a two-year programme. It is intended to equip the students in general management and hospital administration. Doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacy graduates and science graduated from recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate can apply for this program. |

| Post Graduate Program in Management and Insurance (PGPMI): |
IILM has launched this program in collaboration with ICICI Prudential. The duration is one year. The purpose of the programme is to equip the students with adequate knowledge in the insurance management. |

ILM offers many part-time executive programmes having much industry relevance. They include Part-Time PGP: This 2-year programme is intended for managers who want to enrich their managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
